As the Division Vice President at Life Time Inc, I lead the Life Café Division, overseeing 170 business units and 100 outdoor pool In this role, I have successfully managed brand, supply chain, operations, strategy, budget, growth strategy, investment, and finance. I have designed three franchise models, orchestrated the franchise brand, and achieved 15% revenue growth over a 2 year stack.
