Mr. Jankowski has 25 years of experience as a civil engineer and project manager, primarily in projects involving drinking water, wastewater, reclaim water, and stormwater.He has two masters degrees: an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University (environmental engineering focus) and an M.E. in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida, specializing in water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering.
