   Completed ergonomic job analysis at our client’s facilities, identifying and documenting the physical and mental requirements of each job, and scoring any risk factors noted.• Design and complete PPE and JSA assessments in conjunction with ergonomic job analysis. • Develop training presentations on the use of various ergonomic assessment tools, such as the NIOSH Lifting Equation, The Strain Index, HAL, 3DSSPP, BRIEF, REBA, RULA, and EJMS.• Present to our client’s safety and operations management teams on ergonomic risk factors noted during the on-site assessments, provide recommendations on improvements. • Led process improvement projects that involve collaborating with members of a facility’s production staff to identify options to improve difficult and challenging processes.• Completed risk factor analysis and written reports on the causation of injury or source of ergonomic risk factors and provide options to reduce risk scores through various process improvement options.• Contributed in the design and development of new ergonomic risk assessment software ErgoFocus. • Developed ergonomic design guidelines for assembly and material handling work areas (workstation design, shelving and storage design, cart design).• Using 3D design software, design and develop custom solutions such as a forearm rest attachment to reduce contact stress to the elbow/forearm at microscope workstations- Graduate level research focused on microscope workstation design.
