My key achievements include:* Delivery of a new managed network for a global motoring manufacturer; led a team of 5 technical specialists to install all network and IT systems focused on the delivery of a hybrid of on-site engineers and remote monitoring, resulting in a significant enhancement in customer satisfaction levels from day one.* Defining, developing and implementing new processes and procedures focused on improving efficiencies, including overseeing a service transition SharePoint portal and governance model and the implementation of a new operating processes to support the outsourcing of warehousing, logistics and engineering functions of a major systems integrator.* Taking the lead across the full project life cycle for the migration to a new Cisco UC voice solution at a large regional office, resulting in improved phone network capabilities and a significant reduction in overall telecom costs.
