   I lead an elite outside product-led sales team consisting of Area Sales Managers, Region Account Specialists and Territory Sales Specialists in North America driving $2B in annual sales. The team is highly focused on partnering with both vendors and integrators on commercial and high-end residential projects located in North America.I am responsible to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the outside sales team in North America, drive KPI(s) to reach our targets, maintain and develop the on-boarding program for new hires, develop the daily MOS for all direct reports and utilize Salesforce to drive the pipeline, communication cross-functionally and activities that lead to growth.ADI Global Distribution is a subsidiary of Resideo and is the leading wholesale distributor for Low voltage, Fire, Intrusion, Security, and Pro AV products with more than 110 branches and 750+ sales professionals to serve customers in North America.
