Built a new book of business which focused on shipping equipment for the construction industry. Grew customer base within my niche through cold calling, blast emails, referrals, and in-house leads. Many of these shipments require extra cargo insurance, permits and specialty drivers who were skilled in operating the equipment. Working for the construction industry allowed me to hone my skills for shipping over dimensional equipment which led to hauling for the US Military. I was the sole contact for customers which required updating on pick up, delivery, and RFPs. and was on 24/7 call and responsible for resolving any issues that arose. Top Accomplishments Built a book of business from zero dollars to in 9 months. Awarded Over Dimensional Military projects.
