I strive to provide candidates with the best interview experience possible. I remind myself every day that there is a human on the other end of any phone call, email, and resume - something I feel many in the industry have forgotten.Throughout my career I have established myself as a true talent partner to the hiring managers I support. Besides just filling seats I provide expert guidance and advice throughout the process, and I have designed, implemented, and executed highly efficient and scalable interview processes that can be adapted for the needs of a specific req. I am fascinated by the process of building and scaling high-performing organizations, and am in search of the next opportunity to do so!Over my career I have specialized in highly technical, niche roles across Salesforce engineering, software engineering, product management and design, data science and engineering, and more. I\'ve always excelled at picking up a new functional area or technology that I recruit for, and I fundamentally believe that a great recruiter can recruit for anything.
