I am an experienced Insight Analyst whose focus is on providing decision makers with the information and insight they need to understand options, opportunities and threats, as well as helping them to evaluate outcomes and performance.I can manage and interrogate data, as well as undertaking primary and secondary research projects. My key strengths lie in bringing this information together in a manageable format, for stakeholders to access at the appropriate level of detail, and in providing consultancy to draw insight and actions from the resulting stories. Throughout my career I have refined these skills in Finance, Operations, People Management, Marketing, Relationship Management, Strategy and Propositional Development arenas. In my latest role I provide insight and reporting on investments to Zurich\'s Governance Committees and other stakeholders.I believe that embracing change and taking ownership is essential to a successful and happy career (and beyond) and take the opportunity to actively contribute to culture change at Zurich.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including regular visits to France. I play Soprano Cornet for Wroughton Silver Band and have also played Trumpet with Swindon Symphony Orchestra, Swindon Concert band and a number of pit orchestras.
