We provide Emergency Resources, Case Management Services, and Navigation to working families living in Extreme Poverty to rebuild Housing Stability. Our Vision, through strategic partnerships, is to provide an array of support services through case management to move individuals and families from dependency to sustainability and then on to self-sufficiency. We value Hope, Dignity, Compassion, Excellence, and Diversity when serving the nearly individuals and families we see each and every year.
