I have been a tax advisor for business entities since 1992. I have extensive experience assisting clients in areas such as federal and multi-state income & franchise taxes, tax considerations of mergers and acquisitions, business expansions, dissolutions, U.S. tax aspects of doing business abroad, entity selection, adoption and changes of methods of accounting, taxing authority examination assistance, specialized credit computations, and specific issues of technology companies. Prior to joining Maxwell Locke & Ritter LLP in April 2005, I spent 13 years at Ernst & Young’s Palo Alto and Austin offices working with start-up to multinational Fortune 500 companies in the software, semiconductor, biotechnology, and manufacturing industries.I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
