In addition to my MJH Properties consultancy work, I have teamed up with two other ex-Berkeley colleagues to form a new Development and Project Management practice, HCH LLP. I head up our Planning & Development Management Department, taking the lead role within the team on setting planning strategy and leading Local Planning Authority and Statutory Consultee negotiations. I use a goal-orientated approach and considerable expertise in delivering viable residential and mixed-use development solutions across London and the South-east of England. I\'m very comfortable leading and managing large consultant teams to tight deadlines, on-time and within budget. The key for me is building good relationships, which in turn have allowed me to negotiate planning permissions for well over units for each company I have previously worked for. My core skills are project management, town planning, planning site assessment, report writing, team leadership and management, programme and budget control, viability negotiation, public consultation and effective communication.
