BESS Projects along with CCGT Power Plants. I have experience in both the Design and Development of large projects through to Completion and Handover. Working both as the Client (EPCM) and Contractor (PC) throughout my career I have gained experience in picking up failing projects and managing them to completion for Clients and Businesses alike. I have experienced of operating own electrical construction company working for High Profile clients in the power generation sector. Electrically biassed, however I have a clear understanding of Mechanical and Civil works along with monitoring and forecasting of projects. As the client I have awarded multiple million pound projects to contractors and monitored progress to ensure safe delivery of works as well as performance.
