An individual that has been recognised both for his in-depth knowledge of various sectors, as well as his ability to effectively manage and place controls into problem areas: resulting in decreased costs, increased productivity, and more effective on-site facility services.Having extensive experience of Healthcare facilities ( including Acute, Regional, Mental Health and Community. environments) Government, Education and Military at Site, regional and National level. I always aim to ensure that all team- members work together to facilitate the success of the business that I am responsible for. It is an approach that I have been building on, with relation to the ‘Site Services’ aspect of my role, to ensure all staff are fully aware of the responsibilities of their roles- thus reducing errors and increasing productivity.
