ABOUT MIKE HOLMES
Since graduating form my Degree in 2004 and then working within the recruitment industry, I have developed strong communication and negotiation skills. This has given me a good platform to influence key line managers and build credibility throughout the businesses I have worked in.With over 10 years experience progressing through various Human Resources positions, I have developed a variety of skills with strong understanding in various legislation such as TUPE, mergers & acquisitions, agency workers regulations, large change management programmes and facilitation of various L&D workshops. I have also produced numerous polices and procedures, advised on complex case work with employee relations problems including grievances, disciplinaries and capability whilst conducting several HR system implementations.
