Mike has led several change portfolios to drive operational cost reduction across the bank. In 2022, he led two key programmes of work delivering change across the contact center as well as cross-bank customer transformation initiatives, totalling £6m investment spend- Key highlights include direct delivery of 140 FTE benefits. In addition, he managed the initiation, setup, and on-going management of five changes factories (Robotics, Adobe Sign, Chat bots, Power Apps and Apzillion)- Key successes in 2021 include delivering 250 FTE headcount reduction within operations (15% of ops workforce) and £8m of print and mail costs (35% of cost base). Overall having a combined P&L impact of c£15m across the bank- Regular interaction with director and C-level exec. Experienced in stakeholder management, planning and risk/issue management. Line and task management of nine permanent / supplier project managers. Involved in several extra-curricular activities across the bank including bronze incident chair, the PM change community & continuous improvement forum.
