Partner at Doyle Clayton advising on employment matters (both contentious and non-contentious_ and data privacy. I have a broad client base, including large multinational PLCs, tech and non-tech businesses in the SME and owner-managed sectors. I advise senior individuals on Post-Termination Restriction disputes and complex whistleblowing, discrimination and breach of contract matters. I have vast litigation experience. Cases include complex cases on discrimination, TUPE, unfair dismissal and employee status. I have experience advocating for clients at final hearings, cost hearings and preliminary hearings. I have an excellent track record for both employers and employees.I am widely experienced in data protection issues. I assist organisations on their compliance journey, through bespoke training, policies and privacy notices, policies and data processing agreements. I also advise on data breaches, including how to mitigate breaches and advise on whether reports need to be made to the ICO and/or individuals. I have been involved in consultations with the ICO on upcoming reforms, including working parties to provide responses to ICO draft guidance and consultation papers. I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and the International Association of Young Lawyers (Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats \"AIJA\").
