I lead the Bank\'s Bereavement, Power of Attorney and DSAR Operational activities. I am responsible for:1. The day to day operations to process new Bereavement instructions, and overseeing the required activity until an estate is fully settles/resolved2. The day to day operations to process new Power of Attorney registrations relating to our customers, together with all ongoing activity relating to the PoA once registered3. The day to day operations to process DSAR requests received by the Bank4. To ensure that all operational activities are compliant to regulatory requirements and Bank Policies5. To ensure the area meets all risk and control requirements, and to liaise with both the 1st Line Controls function and 2 LoD regarding any activities in the area6. To Lead, coach and develop the Team Managers across the function7. To drive a culture across the operational area to support continuous improvement, personal development, and to promote the Banks primary objectives and focus points
