Starting in 1963 with a single halfway house in Seattle, Pioneer Human Services has grown to a $90 million social enterprise operating 35 programs across the state of Washington. We serve an average of people per year who are working to overcome the challenges of conviction histories, substance use disorders, and mental health issues. With treatment, housing, job training and employment services, we help people who want to turn their lives around, make better choices and live healthier lives. Our social enterprise businesses offer career opportunities in manufacturing, distribution and food services. We are a Tier 1 aerospace supplier with AS9100D certification and over square feet of manufacturing space. Our two plants offer full service CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication.
