Having been intimately involved in troubleshooting companies, large and small, for more than 30 years, I bring something to the table that others don’t/can’t. experience. I have run diagnostic examinations, turnarounds, operational improvements, survival plans and maximized the value of companies to prepare them for acquisition/sale for more than 900 companies (again both large and small) on 4 continents. I’ve earned these gray hairs honestly. Since 2004, my partners and I have focused on small and midsize companies; those in the $2 to $50 million range. The companies are unique but the problems are similar: money is always an issue. And because money is always an issue, we take it off the table. If a client truly wants to work their way out of a situation and is earnest about making the necessary changes to survive, grow and prosper, we can work with them. We help build companies that others want to buy. And if we can’t solve the problems, we’ll tell you so. So far, that hasn’t happened.
