Lead Business Architect @Riverside

o Lead a team of Business Architects who are responsible for maturing the operating model via architectural level analysis, identification and development of innovative business solutions to drive value to Riverside and its customers o Responsible for portfolio roadmap planning & development with C-suite stakeholders to ensure IT & Change roadmap is aligned with corporate objectives o Primary liaison and internal consultancy role for Executive Directors to provide centralised governance and prioritisation for all new demand for change o Build strong partnerships across the business to develop a deep understanding of corporate needs and strategy to drive the change portfolio to mature capabilities across the Group o Architecture responsibility for merger / acquisition integration into the Group and Operating Model alignment o Work in partnership with senior stakeholders across the business to form coherent vision and strategy whilst identifying products, projects, initiatives and services to mature the operating model o Work with Agile Delivery Managers to inform the priorities of their cross-functional agile teams in designing and building new products, services and capabilities through analysis
