Finance lead on 4 month project to provide automated daily sales and margin reporting out of Power BI for 51 sites for senior leadership team. Hired by CFO to build out FP & A function and lead team of 4 regional Controllers, 1 Finance Manager, and Rebate Analyst team (5 members). Provide monthly P&L, capex, and working capital forecasts to Corporate FP & A.
