Leader of all aspects from an operational and procurement strategy perspective for direct categories Team responsible for managing inflation metrics utilizing market indices, which are part of the annual budget process Led the team to deliver over $39mm in cost savings projects utilizing category strategies, portfolio project analysis, strategic sourcing, and total cost of ownership approaches Achieved in 2022 above the top 75%, for employee engagement, utilizing the Gallup survey for the team. Only 7 teams within all of Diversey achieved this level in 2022 Proactively received approval from the CPO to create the 3rd Party manufacturing Infection Prevention team in 2020 due to needing to single out subject matter expertise to support Corporate Big Bets and to address the COVID pandemic as well as future growth within the portfolio Lead overall Procurement working capital program. In 2022 delivered over $35mm and in 2023 will deliver over $32mm. Led teams supporting large corporate projects for plant consolidation. Bringing in over $40mm in spend and new commercial large customer wins that will generate $18mm in revenue for NAM business over next 2 years
