I am a Professional Engineer with 30 years of experience, and have worked at all levels of the transportation construction industry. Throughout my career I have been involved in almost every aspect of highway, railroad, and airport construction projects. I have direct experience with the design and construction of roadway, drainage, earthwork, structures, tolling facilities, and concrete & asphalt paving. Alternative Delivery has been a focal interest for many years, due to the creativity and innovation afforded. As a leader, I believe in creating a pathway to success for the individuals and teams that actually do the work.
