The role was responsible for providing strategic direction to the development and execution of the national sales strategies, the implementation of operational procedures, secondary market sales, CRA mortgage lending activities, and mortgage-related technology. I was responsible for ensuring sound business management, regulatory/risk management, meeting budgetary objectives, and expense management of the business unit.
