This required technical research and negotiation with development teams to define final product features and technical performance.• Enabled incremental business by establishing processes for managing presales and post sales cases in an efficient and timely manner, improving visibility to and accountability for these cases and capturing $10M in additional revenue. • Reduced cost of poor quality by 80% through an agreement with parent supplier to absorb costs from local company.• 20% improvement in product time to market through careful scrutiny of Concept to Product and Launch management processes in collaboration with parent supplier on improved interface between the two.
