About Mike Gin

My professional experiences include software development, systems administration, and management in the aerospace, defense, networking and healthcare technology fields in the private and public sectors. I currently lead a group of senior project managers in the Enterprise Project Management Office of the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services.My municipal and County government experience spans 20+ years as an elected or appointed official with specialized experience in land use planning, historic preservation, and environmental protection. My positions have included 8 years as Mayor of Redondo Beach, 8 years as District 3 Councilman for Redondo Beach, Field Deputy, 4th District, County of Los Angeles, Redondo Beach Planning Commissioner and Redondo Beach Historic Preservation Commissioner. I also currently serve on several advisory bodies for the United States Air Force and the United States Space Force. I also was a principal actor in a commercial TV spot \"See Me\" promoting a pharmaceutical company. I am a current SAG-AFTRA member.
