In 2016, I established the Strategy Management Group as a vehicle to allow me to take up a range of roles and to provide hands on business consultancy and strategy execution services to businesses both large and small. These currently include-Dutch based Logistics Group with revenues of approx. €100 Mill – Creation of a grow, consolidate and sell strategy-UK ‘Fintech’ company – NED Board role providing corporate oversight and sales management expertise-UK Home Technology Group – Executive mentoring - Italian Transportation Group – Development and execution of a range of growth strategies to leverage current market position and evolve a more global profile.
