With over 30 years of experience in the automation industry, I am a passionate and skilled proposal and estimating manager who strives to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions for my customers. My mission is to leverage my expertise in manufacturing process improvement, proposal development, and manufacturing engineering to create value-added proposals that meet or exceed customer expectations and support growth and profitability. I enjoy collaborating with diverse and cross-functional teams, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.As the Proposal & Estimating Manager for Comau\'s Advanced Automation System Platform in North America, I was responsible for managing and coordinating the complete proposal execution and development process, from concept to contract award. I worked closely with the sales, technical, and legal teams to ensure that the proposals are aligned with the customer requirements, the company\'s capabilities, and the market conditions. I also provide technical support to internal and external customers, as well as manage the cost estimator and support the proposal pricing. Additionally, I have contributed to the development of multiple patents related to the inverted carrier lift device system and method, which is a key feature of Comau\'s advanced automation systems.
