From pre-show planning through installation and dismantle, I oversee the Field Operations that support Exponents’ promise of design excellence, build quality, and dependable delivery.My priorities are aligning people, processes, and partners to ensure seamless execution across fabrication coordination, logistics, labor management, and on-site operations nationwide. I work closely with Show Operations, Project Management, Graphic Design, and Project Planning teams to translate client visions into structurally sound, visually compelling, and flawlessly installed exhibits.I focus on building scalable operational systems that support growth while emphasizing consistency, safety, and a white-glove customer experience while onsite.
