ABOUT MIKE GAGLIARDI

Mike Gagliardi is an Partner based in DHR Global\'s Charleston, SC office. Mike brings over fifteen years of executive search experience working with public and private equity backed companies across several sectors including Restaurants, Consumer Retail, and Hospitality & Leisure. Having joined DHR in 2016 as a Senior Associate, Mike was promoted to Principal in 2019, Associate Partner in 2022 and Partner in 2023. Today he focuses on placing C-suite and senior executives across multiple functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resources, and development. Mike’s ability to understand and assess the underlying business issues and unique culture in each search assignment and client, coupled with his track record of uncovering hidden talent, has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor to his clients and candidatesPrior to joining DHR, Mike was a Senior Recruiter with RSR Partners in the Consumer/Marketing practice. Previously Mike served as a Director in the Retail/Consumer practice at CTPartners before the business was acquired by DHR. Earlier in his career, Mike worked for a boutique search firm that specialized in placing executives in the Sports, Media and Entertainment industries. Mike’s experience has allowed him to partner with and successfully place candidates in businesses that range from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Charleston, and resides in Mt Pleasant, South Carolina with his wife Kristina and two sons, Nico & Luca.
