I am the lead author of the Sewer Use Ordinance for Illinois’ second largest wastewater treatment system, covering topics such as establishing industry definitions, annexations procedures, permit information, fees, construction regulations, and more. I prepare annexation and easement-related agreements and ensure that such agreements are fulfilled. I am a highly collaborative leader with a proven ability to help others develop their talent to its fullest potential. I’m skilled at cultivating relationships with people from diverse backgrounds to accomplish common goals. I am certified as an IEPA Collection System Operator and am also a graduate of the Illinois Public Service Institute (IPSI).
