As Senior manager of operations I work with Regional managers and General managers to be successful in existing restaurants. Implement best practices and standard operation procedures. Construct schedules, build forecasts and budgets, assist in hiring, training, inventories, guest relations, and cogs. I have been successful in restaurants that range from 1 million in gross sales to 6 million in gross sales. I have done this by protecting every guest experience every time.
