   I have over a decade of leadership and operational experience in U.S. Army Special Operations, specializing in open-source intelligence (OSINT) analysis, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR), and civil affairs operations. My work has centered on behavioral assessment, interagency coordination, and complex project management across diverse and often challenging international environments.In my most recent role, I developed open-source investigative reports to enhance situational awareness of political, military, economic, and cultural factors, directly supporting successful overseas deployments. I assessed public sentiment toward major U.S. operations and applied advanced data mining and cybersecurity tools to inform strategic planning and decision-making.As a liaison at the U.S. Embassy in Nepal, I coordinated disaster preparedness and emergency response initiatives for remote communities, strengthening relationships between U.S. agencies, local authorities, and NGOs. I briefed senior leaders, aligned response plans across multiple organizations, and applied advanced negotiation and behavioral influence techniques to meet urgent community needs.Earlier in my career, as a Civil Affairs Team Sergeant, I led multiple teams in conducting community assessments, identifying security concerns, and evaluating infrastructure vulnerabilities.
