Set-up consumer support structure (web-site, chat bots, and call center), designed order entry process and implemented DC operations to support the DTC business. Implemented last mile delivery. The result is delivering 99% of the orders within three days of order receipt.* Supply Chain Management: Re-engineered the supply chain operation for a fortune 500 company resulting in $300 million inventory reduction, improved delivery times, and annual cost savings of $43 million.* Business Transformation: Executive leadership improving global operations, reducing costs through sourcing changes, SKU rationalization, price increases, and new product introduction.
