As the President of Argus Industries & TerraCab Industries, I welcome every employee, customer & supplier into our \"Crew\". I want our \"Crew Members\" to focus on manufacturing cutting edge products using World Class Systems & Processes. We want Argus & TerraCab to be a different companies, the culture is one based on the fact that no one wants to work, but we all have to, so why not make it fun. We enjoy the intentional culture we have created by pushing the limits and break the rules worth breaking when it comes to providing cutting edge materials for Rubber & Plastic Injection Molding, Gasket Cutting & CNC Metal Products or world class ROPS / FOPS Cabs for industrial vehicles & machinery. Between the team games, lunches & BBQ\'s, and the rest of the Culture building events, we actually run a smart, LEAN based organization focused on the process flow, standardization and customers needs. Since 1962, Argus has enabled our customers to leverage their success by delivering cutting edge materials servicing markets from Agriculture to Aerospace. TerraCab being new to the Culture we provide, has already embraced the ideology of the Tribe and is already operating in a continuous improvement mindset.
