About Mike Eads

Mike Eads graduated from Colorado State University in 2005 with a B.S. in Construction Management and a Minor in Spanish. Mike has been in the commercial concrete industry for 20 years with an array of projects under his belt. Starting in Concrete, he worked for 2 years in Ready Mix concrete operations; managing operations for large commercial construction projects. Mike then moved into a Self-Performing Concrete Contractor role where he worked on of cast-in-place concrete as a Project Engineer and as a Project Manager including laboratories, schools, mid-rise structures, high-rise structures, warehouse structures & tilt-up projects over a period of 7 years. He then transitioned to precast concrete for 2 years as a production supervisor overseeing structural & high quality architectural precast concrete. Mike has worked on an array of projects as a PM/SPM/OM over the last 11 years, totaling currently holds a position as a Concrete Manager with Haselden Construction, overseeing cast-in-place commercial concrete projects. He received his National Standard General Building Contractor (A) license for commercial construction in 2017. Mike also has been a member of the American Concrete Institute (Rocky Mountain Chapter) for 11 years, an active member on 3 committees at ACI National, which he is a voting member of ACI 132 (Responsibility in Concrete) and an associate member of ACI 224 (Concrete Cracking) & ACI 306 (Cold Weather Concrete). Mike is also an active Board of Director member for the Colorado Ready Mixed Concrete Association (CRMCA) for 3 years and Mike actively participates in committees helping with ACI PRO.In his free time, Mike enjoys video games, kickboxing, concrete and checking up on local breweries.Certified Training- National Standard General Building Contractor (A)- IBC 2015 - Confined Spaces Training - Supervisor Level - SWMP Training Program - Sand & Ready Mix Operations - Accident Investigation Training - Supervisor Training for Healthcare Protocol/Procedures - 30 Hour OSHA - PCI Level 1 & 2 Cert- PTI Level 1 & 2 Cert.
