I am an ACA qualified accountant working for BDO LLP in Southampton within the Transaction Services Corporate Finance team. Completing my training contract in audit I worked with a range of clients in terms of size and industry, including specialist care and eduction, manufacturing, property investment and retail. As part of the corporate finance team I work on a variety of projects providing financial and vendor due diligence for a range of businesses going through transactions and refinancing.
