About Mike Dorrity
Senior Production manager with a focus on our first shift production team. My direct reports are 8 production supervisors, a third shift sanitation manager, and currently his direct reports, 3 additional supervisors, as he has been out. Responsible for the results for 7 production lines and the prep department. I am also responsible for the Sanitation crews on all shifts, maintaining the cleaning schedules, working with 3 team leads to help them develop their coordinators. Use the different sanitation teams to help enable production start up their production lines on a daily basis. Working with my team leads and the QA department in order to work to reduce the number of required cleanings during the shift to optimize run time. I also work hand in hand with the production and maintenance groups in order to support them and our goals.
