Responsible for initiating GM\'s first-ever Student Corps Program, which features 120 high school students from 15 metro-Detroit, Flint and Pontiac schools, who are hired as paid interns at General Motors. Started in 2013, the 2025 Program represents the 12th year of this initiative. These high school students participate in a comprehensive summer program encompassing community work/service projects, life skills training, professional development and team building. Each team of 8 students is mentored by 2 GM retirees and a college student intern
