Leader of the Recruiting business unit for this healthcare company that provides administrative management services for 50 long-term care and rehabilitation facilities in AL, AR, FL and MO with an employee headcount of This role is the first of its kind for the company and is a major shift in the hiring philosophy.• Created both short- and long-term recruiting strategies in a time of unprecedented shortages of labor that included use of recruitment advertising companies, strengthen relationships with vendors such as Indeed, Chattr, ZipRecruiter, AppCast, Jobiak, Talroo and outside staffing agencies.• Functional Lead in the HRIS ecosystem for the rollout of UKG Dimensions Recruiting and HR modules.• Worked with UKG Dimensions Recruiting team to build requisition templates, hiring stages, screening questions and Indeed integration setup. • Hired a team of 7 Regional Recruiters and 1 Recruiting Coordinator. Team is responsible for staffing all positions at our facilities including but not limited to: RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medication Aides, Admissions Coordinators, Nurse Managers, Dietary and Housekeeping staff. • Redesigned job advertisements that moved them from a job description format to performance based• Implemented an enhanced employee referral system to encourage more referrals with a larger pay-out as a way of giving current employees new ways of making additional compensation. • Selected a software company to provide AI services in the way of candidate pre-screen and automated interview scheduling services that has resulted in a greater number of applicants attending interviews. Reduced time to start from 15 days to 5 days.
