After many years of gaining a broad range of relevant experience and knowledge across the startup, deal, and industry spectrum, I am at the point in my career that it is time to give back to the community through our non profit organization, Hidden Star, a 501(c)(3). After starting and funding Hidden Star, I am now helping Hidden Star clients start and grow their own businesses at no cost to them. My background includes- Served as CEO in diverse industries: telecom infrastructure, healthcare, veterinary care, software, private equity- Experienced deal maker, with extensive experience negotiating deals from every side of the table- Able to relate to Founders / Entrepreneurs and funding sources- Able to scale up the service delivery of Hidden Star to help founders and entrepreneurs all across the U.S- Understanding of various complicated structure types and inter-company dynamics.I get great satisfaction from helping people pursue their dreams; and watching them succeed. That is why I started Hidden Star.
