Mike Delikat, a partner in the New York office, was the Chair of Orrick\'s Global Employment Law Practice for over 20 years and previously served as the Managing Director of Orrick\'s Global Litigation Division. Under his leadership, Orrick\'s employment law practice became a global leader and was selected by Law360 and other publications as a Practice Group of the Year on multiple occasions. Chambers ranks him as one of only a dozen top Band 1 employment lawyers in the USA and as one of the top 5 employment lawyers in New York, and described him as \"one of the greatest lawyers in the field today-truly one of the superstars\". He represents a broad range of major corporations in all facets of employment law and presently has an extensive practice in internal investigations on behalf of Boards of Directors and major corporations. He has a leading practice representing a number of major corporations in the defense of Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank whistleblower claims and is the co-author of the first treatise published on this subject. He also advises multinational companies on code of conduct, privacy, human resources and other compliance issues across borders. Mr. Delikat is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Cornell University\'s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He is active in a number of leadership roles for philanthropic and pro-bono organizations.
