ABOUT MICHAEL DAVIDGE

My passion is problem solving. Whether it\'s a customer need that \"can\'t be done\" or a process improvement required within my own team, I thrive on meeting these challenges with modern technology and creative thinking.I have enjoyed positions in scientific research, manufacturing, business development and technical sales. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:I can successfully deliver large scale project based sales in locations globally- I put the customer at the forefront of my thinking- I excel at working to big ideas within given constraints- My instincts are good, but always backed up by data and analytics- I don\'t hide from responsibility. I can manage a complete sales process from solution provision, to quotation, logistics and final project delivery- I lead but am not afraid to show humility and take advice- I have excellent technical knowledge but know to tailor my language to my audience- I stay calm when faced with adversity and focus on making high quality decisions- I love to win, but a team win is more important to me than personal success.I am a huge advocate of constant self-improvement- I am passionate about learning- I try to avoid comfort zones because they lead to stagnation- I always strive to be a better person.I\'m a team player but more than capable of independent working.
