Projects include, but not limited to- Integration between the Retail (land-based Casino) and Online (betPARX) Loyalty Programs - Tax Document self-download feature for W-2G and other applicable Win/Loss documents - Creating a Document Upload page and supporting URLs for Registration areas - Additional support in high-friction areas of the platform - Improvements on back-end tools that are heavily utilized by our internal teams - Inbox feature for players to receive direct messages from betPARX - Registration and Login flow improvements (regulator & non-regulator specific)Create Wireframes for UI layout examples on various projectsCreate User Flow diagrams to fully understand what happens when players utilize
