Global Corporate Technology is accountable for delivering operational support for Canada Life’s global applications supporting CFO, HR, Corporate Services, Oversight, Assurance and Reporting. As Operations Manager, Corporate Technology, I support CFO, HR and Corporate Services applications. This includes the global SAP platform, focusing on efficiency, quality and client experience. Accountabilities: • Provide value-added support to the Head of SAP Platform through managing and optimizing business unit’s services • Responsible for ongoing Corporate Technology Delivery engagement and collaboration with leaders / stakeholders to uncover business needs and meet strategic priorities • Assist with identification of technology options and continuous improvement solutions that support long -range plans and drive effective application of technology to support business strategy achievement • Drive a high-performance culture through leadership and management of a team of hard-working SAP Analysts and Developers. Cultivate an engaging environment and assume accountability of adequate staffing to meet operational goals and deadlines • Responsible for production integrity and behavior of Canada Life’s global SAP platform • Empowered to assign resources to assist in the successful delivery of SAP solutions
