About Mike Curless
Mike Curless is an industry veteran in commercial real estate spanning the industrial, office, retail, healthcare and data center sectors. His executive level experience includes both private and public companies at the highest level within the organizations. During his tenure at Prologis the company grew into one of the top 75 companies in the S&P 500 with over 1 billion sf in 19 countries. Prologis is the largest industrial REIT in the world. He was Prologis\' first chief customer officer. He was responsible for leading all customer-related initiatives on a global scale. He had additional responsibility for customer led solutions, customer experience, build-to-suits and started the highly profitable data center initiative for the company. Previously, he served as Prologis’ global chief investment officer from 2011 to 2019. He was chairman of the company\'s investment committee which annually allocated several billion dollars of investment capital across a wide range of opportunities in 19 countries. Mike had been part of Prologis at two points in his career. Prior to rejoining Prologis, Mike was the president and one of four principals at Lauth, a privately held, national construction and development firm. In this role he had overall responsibility for operations, development and asset management for the firm. Prior to joining Lauth, he was a first vice president at Prologis, overseeing the Indianapolis and St. Louis market operations and management of key national accounts. Prior to that he served as a marketing director for Trammell Crow Company and a financial analyst with General Electric Company in the Financial Management Program. Mr. Curless is a former member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and has served on various charitable boards. He currently is a board member of Magnera (MAGN) and of the Indiana University Center for Real Estate. He serves on the Investment Committee for the IU Real Estate Private Equity Program. He is an active participant in Indiana University\'s NIL program and is a director of the Western Golf Association. He has a BS and MBA in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
