ABOUT MIKE CRUSETURNER

23 years of experience in the Electrical & Instrumentation field. I started working with a Process Safety/Mechanical Integrity team documenting projects and updating records. Moved into drafting and AutoCAD work updating drawings and working on small maintenance projects followed by many years of I&E design with multiple Engineering firms, in the office and on job sites. I then transitioned into an Inspection role this included checking engineering packages and performing inspection on installation and implementation for large capital projects and plant expansions. At this point in my career I have worked in all phases of projects, from the planning and engineering, to designing and procurement, through construction and commissioning, and startup and maintenance.All of this experience in Design and also in sales makes me a great communicator and leader in my field and has prepared me to move into my current position and work with a great team to provide on site support for the existing plant and also coordination with the mega project as it is built and comes on line. Highly skilled, highly motivated, and dependable Senior I&E Designer with over twenty years of experience in the industry with a desire to continually learn and improve.I have provided leadership of and also been part of teams of designers on large capital projects and ongoing maintenance projects.
