With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, I am a qualified surveyor with a strong track record of delivering profitable and often complex deals for both residential and commercial assets. Currently deployed on Casa by Moda, an ARES / Caddick JVCo focussed on the aggregation of assets in the nascent single family housing sector in the UK. In my role I have helped secure IC approvals and managed the acquisition and delivery of c.£200m of assets for the JVCo, namely- 156 single family build-to-rent homes at Vista Park, Glasgow- 223 single family build-to-rent homes at Abbey Court, Leeds- 100 single family build-to-rent homes at Westmoor Grange, Doncaster- 114 single family build-to-rent homes at North Valley, Nottingham- 93 single family build-to-rent homes at Tulach, Wigan
