Mike is an audit partner in the Dallas Office of RSM, the fifth largest public accounting firm (assurance/tax/consulting) in the United States (global top 10). He provides audit and advisory services, with emphasis on middle-market businesses, both privately held companies and SEC registrants (including Sarbanes-Oxley). Mike is experienced with issues faced by private equity portfolio companies, as well as entrepreneur and family owned businesses and serves clients in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, services, telecommunications, media and technologies industries, as well as others.Specialties: Mike is a member of RSM\'s Private Equity Technical Accounting Group, a national team dedicated to enhancing the technical services we provide to private equity groups and their portfolio companies. He is experienced in accounting for business combinations and complex capital structures.
