We engage at the leadership level as a “fractional CMO” to co-architect our clients\' go-to-market strategy including target niche markets, product offerings and value propositions which becomes the genesis for the company’s unique and differentiated “strategic narrative” for the marketplace. We further assist by serving as a \"virtual marketing department” to implement the plan and manage internal or external resources. In today\'s market climate, the things that 99% of marketing departments and agencies do fail to move the needle in a meaningful way that translates into revenue opportunities.
